What We’re Hiring For

We are looking for a Lawn and Ornamental Spray Technician to join our Lehigh Acres, FL team. If you thrive on outdoor work and have experience in the lawn and ornamental care industry, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial applications for fertilization, weed control, insect, and disease control.
• Mix products in holding tanks for application equipment and maintain detailed records of products used via company ticket software.
• Drive and operate lawn spray trucks and equipment, including organizing, maintaining, and calibrating them for optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

You’re required to obtain/have the following:

• Florida Lawn and Ornamental Applicator Spray Card
• BMP (Best Management Practices) Certificate 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a spray technician in the lawn and ornamental industry
• Plant, turf, tree identification skills, product mixing, and Z-Sprayer operation experience are a plus
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills

We prefer applicants to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pest control or lawn industry experience of at least 1 year
